Who this is for
This tutorial is for coaches and team managers using the admin portal.
Before you start
Your club administrator must allocate your account to the correct team and you can see it in your mobile app.
Getting started
- Open the site in your browser.
- Sign in with your account.
- You can see a menu item named
CMSon the top right corner of the screen. Click it, you will be able to get into the admin portal.
If you have multiple roles allocated, for example, you are the coach of a few teams, you can see a dropdown menu on the top left corner of the screen. Click it, you will be able to switch between your roles.
Features available in the admin portal
It is recommended to get everything done via the mobile app, because the mobile app has more features than the admin portal.
The advantage of the admin portal is it supports large screen and more space to display the information.
The admin portal for the coach and team manager supports the following features:
- View and manage your team
- View fixtures and manage the match sheets
- View referee and appointment information
- View and manage player and team information
Common problems
If you cannot see the CMS menu item, ask your club administrator to confirm your roe settings.
