  1. What if the software is down?
    The software is hosted in the AWS Sydney region, known as one of the most reliable data centers in the world. It is very unlikely that the software is down. Historically, the software has never been down for more than 30 minutes. 99.5% of the time, the software is guaranteed to be up and running 7x24x365. MyCompApp is not a SAAS software and the version for your association is independently deployed. This makes the software more reliable.

  2. What about the security of the software? MyCompApp is built with the most secure and reliable technologies. We strive to keep the software up to date and secure. We never expericed incidents of data breaches or security breaches.

  3. What about the data privacy and security of the software? The database for your association is also independent and not shared with other associations. Key sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

  4. My organization has some unique requirements that are not supported by the software? We are more than happy to customise the software to meet your unique requirements. The unique software architecture of MyCompApp allows us to do this with ease.
