Referees

In MyCompApp, referees are the users who have the referee role assigned to them. They will be appointed to the fixtures by the appointment officer.

Based on your settings, referees can get payments for their work.

Referees can manage their preferences for the venues and maintain their ineligible teams list. They can alos leave a note to the appointment officer for the specific requirements.

Referee panels

Referee panels are the groups of referees and used as referees ranking purpose. For exmple, you can have senior referees, intermediate referees, and junior referees panels. The panel rank is used to determine the referee's eligibility for the fixtures.

Referee availability

Via the mobile app, referees can manage their availability to tell the appointment officer when they are available to officiate.

For your convenience, the appointment officer can also lock the availability for a specific date to prevent the referees from changing their availability during the appointment process.

Appointments

There are 3 positions for referees appointments:

• Main referee
• Assistant referee 1, 2
• Fourth official

The software finds and recommends the available referees for the selected fixtures based on the referee availability, referee panels and referee preferences.

For any changes to the appointments, the referee will receive a notice accordingly. The referee can also acknowledge the appointment to confirm their availability.

Real-time synchronization

The appointment interface connects to the server in real time. If you have a few people doing the appointments at the same time, the software will automatically synchronize the appointments to ensure the data is consistent.
