  • Update fixtures in bulk

Notifications about fixture changes

Note: When you change one or more fixtures, you can notify the affected team members, parents (team followers) and clubs by email, in-app notification or push notification.

Publish fixtures

Once the draw (who plays whom) and schedule (when and where games are played) are complete, you can change fixtures from Draft status to Published status. This process is called "publishing" fixtures.

Publishing is done on the Viewer page. Click the Publish button to publish the selected fixtures.

Once fixtures are published, they are available to the public and can be viewed by team members, parents (team followers) and clubs via the mobile app or web portal.

Update a fixture

On the Fixtures page, click the "Update" button to update a fixture. In the popup window, you can update fixture details such as the date, time, field, home team and away team.

You can also change the fixture's status to Published, Cancelled, Postponed, etc.

Sometimes you might need to change a fixture to a BYE (a team that is not playing in the round). You can do this in the popup window by selecting the BYE checkbox.

Forfeit a fixture

If a fixture is forfeited, click the "Trophy" button on the Fixture page. You can change the fixture status to Forfeited and choose the team that forfeited the game.

Postpone or cancel a fixture

If a fixture is postponed or cancelled, use the Update or Trophy button to change the fixture status to Postponed or Cancelled. Once saved, team members, parents (team followers) and clubs will see the change in the mobile app or web portal.

Update fixtures in bulk

On the Fixtures page, you can select multiple fixtures and update them in bulk. This is useful when you need to cancel or postpone many fixtures across a weekend, such as because of bad weather.
