This tutorial is to introduce the essential settings included so that the software can run properly.
Some data have to be set up already by the support team when the software is prepared for your association.
Where to start the settings
The settings mainly start from the Settings menu in the admin portal.
What are the settings mainly included
Seasons
The season is the root entity in the system. It is used to group all the related data including competitions, user roles, clubs, venues, and associated information. You can have unlimited seasons in the system. You always need to select a season firstly while a default season is selected when the system starts. Unless specified, all the settings and data you see in the admin portal are related to the selected season.
When you create a new season, you can transfer data from a previous season to streamline setup. This will save you a lot of time. However, this rollover option is only available during initial season creation and cannot be accessed afterward.
Age groups
The age group is used to group all the related data including teams, leagues, fixtures, and associated information.
Divisions
The division a sub-entity of the age group.
Offence types
The offence type is used to define the types of the offences, following the laws of the game.
Draw templates
The draw template is used to define the templates for the draw.
Draw calendars
The draw calendar is used to define the calendars for the draw.
Table formulas
The table formula is used to define the formulas for the table.
App cards
The app card is used to define the cards shown in the app. You can add your own cards to the app.

These are the global parameters that the software uses.
