This tutorial is for association administrators managing the venues and fields with the software.

What is a venue

A venue is a location where a game is played. It can be some ovals, stadiums, parks, etc.

A venue can have multiple fields and always belongs to a club and can be borrowed by other clubs.

For the club that owns the venue, their home games will be scheduled to be played on the fields of the venue.

A venue has an address. The software uses this address for navigation and display on the public website.

What is a field

A field is where a game will be played on. A field always belongs to a venue.

Fields use the address of the venue.

Setting up venues and fields

Before the competition starts and to schedule the fixtures, you need to set up the venues and fields first.
