It is prohibited by the association

It is not a software bug but a policy issue. Associations may have policies that prevent users from changing their name, photo or birthday in their account.

How to solve the problem

Please contact your association and ask them to help to make the changes.

Exceptions

• Some associations may allow to change the name, photo or birthday before the competition starts.
• Some associations may allow to change the photo only, not the name or birthday.
