Who this is for

This tutorial is for anyone who cannot see fixtures in the mobile app.

Possible reasons why you cannot see your fixtures

• The fixtures are not published yet. Association might publish one or few rounds of fixtures at a time. If the fixtures are not published yet, you will not see the fixture information in both the website portal and the mobile app.

• You don't favourite the team you are interested in (you don't have to favourite your own team).

• You are not allocated to the team you play for or the allocation is not public yet.

• You don't automatically see the fixtures of your children's teams. You need to manually add the teams to your favourites, even their accounts are linked to yours.

• If it is in the middle of the season, it might because the assoication is regrading the teams and the fixtures are not published yet.
