Install the app

We support both Android and iOS devices. Install the app from the official app store for your device. On the homepage of the site, you can find the download links for the app. Or you can search for the app name provided by your club or association.

App updates

The app is updated regularly to fix bugs and add new features. When there are new updates, you will see a reminder to update the app. It is recommended always to update the app to the latest version to get the latest features and bug fixes.

App notifications

We have three types of notifications and two are related to the mobile app as follows.

• Push notifications: These are notifications that are sent to your device. You will send a notice even your phone is locked. You can turn off the push notifications in the app settings of your phone.

• In-app notifications: These notifications are read from the server when you open the app. You can see a message bar at the dashboard screen of the app to show the notifications: how many unread notifications you have. You cannot turn off the in-app notifications. We only keep the last 15 days of notifications.

• The third notification type is email.
