Possible reasons why you cannot see your teams

  • You are not signed in. You need to sign in so that the app knows which account you are using.

  • Your team allocation is not public yet. Association has a setting to control when the team allocation is public. If the team allocation is not public yet, you will not see the team information in the mobile app.

  • In the mobile app, you switch to a linked account.

  • You don't automatically see the teams of your children. You need to manually add the teams to your favourites, even their accounts are linked to yours.

It takes time for the club / association to allocate you to the team you play for. If you are sure your registration is approved and team allocation is complete, for example, someone you know is able to see their team in the mobile app but you cannot, please contact your club / association for help.
